pEL222 promoter, activated by EL222 protein dimers

This part is the promoter that can be activated by the binding of EL222 protein dimers. It composed of EL222 binding region and LuxI promoter. Different pEL222 sequences have different affinities to EL222 protein dimers and RNA polymerase, resulting in different expression and leaky expression levels.
